You may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase if:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- You are unsatisfied due to genuine technical issues or content mismatch.
- You have not downloaded or extensively accessed any downloadable materials, if available.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- If you have completed more than 20% of the course.
- If you purchased the course under a discounted or promotional offer.
- If your request is made after 3 days of purchase.
- If access has already been granted and course material has been used.
🔄 How to Request a Refund

with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order ID / Transaction receipt
- Name of the course
- Reason for requesting the refund
We usually respond within 2 business days, and process refunds within 5–7 working days if approved.
